8.1 Temporary Suspension

An account may be temporarily suspended due to a security investigation, identity verification, or suspicious activity. During this time, new bets or withdrawals will not be possible.

8.2 Permanent Closure

An account may be permanently closed in cases of serious violations of the terms. In such cases, the following policy will apply:

• Legitimate funds (excluding bonuses) will generally be returned
• In cases of fraudulent activity, all funds may be forfeited
• Opening a new account to replace a closed account is prohibited

8.3 Voluntary Account Closure
